Return/Refund Policy - MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
We at Pickit Industries (PickitLighters.com) want you, the customer, to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the sales of your lighters in the first three months, you may return the unsold portion of your order to us for a full refund, less all shipping charges, and applicable restocking fees on large orders. In all cases, the return shipping charges are your responsibility. Processing your refund usually takes 2-6 weeks from the time that we receive your returned item(s).

To get a refund on lighters purchased directly from Pickit Industries, simply e-mail our ordering department (ordering@pickitlighters.com) within 90 calendar days of your purchase, and request a refund. You will need to receive a Return Authorization Number from a customer service representative. You must receive a Return Authorization Number in order to return the product. Call 406-249-7835 to receive your Return Authorization Number. You must ship the products within five (5) calendar days of the date you receive the Return Authorization Number. You must also:

• Ship back all products to Pickit Industries, 1028 E 3rd St, Whitefish, Mt 59937, with proof of purchase slip, and Return Authorization number.
• Return unsold portion of the order with all of the original packaging, including shipping box, in as-new condition.
• Ship the product at your expense, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment.

This guarantee applies only to the original buyer and is not transferable. Claims must be made through Pickit Industries. Proof of purchase is required. This guarantee does not cover lighters that were damaged or broken after shipping. All lighters returned to Pickit Industries must all be in good working order and in their original packaging. Under no circumstance shall Pickit Industries be responsible for incidental or consequential damages to any lighter. There will be a $5.00 charge for any display box returned that we feel will not be able to be used again. There will be a $2.00 charge for any shipping box returned that we feel will not be able to be used again. The 90-day money back guarantee applies to orders purchased directly from Pickit Industries.
